It's a manual wind, but no idea what movement inside. What do you think it's valua might be?

That's a pretty nice cal. 321 which has been assembled to the early speedmasters. i am owning a pre-moon speedmaster with the same calibre. Serviced is that mvt. very reliable and a pretty nice collector's mvt., too! The newer hand winding speedmasters come with the Cal. 861

trust me when i say get that pusher replaced and give it a good clean, that watch looks like its in good condition, just needs a service and some parts replaced.

A very nice and collectible vintage Speedy! I belive the orange chrono seconds hands is also unoriginal, along with one of the pushers.. But these should not be expensive to replace..

I've seen a picture of a Japanese LE speedy with that orange chrono hand. Look like yours has one of those hands, it's definitely not correct for that model Speedy. Try speedmaster-mission.net for a good speedy site
