space Posted January 26, 2007 Report Posted January 26, 2007 Take a look at this picture from trustys webshop: What do you see here that, at least I, haven't seen before on this rep? Correct length hands?! What if I bought this, and operated it, so my GMT could have adopted the hands and black date wheel .... hmmm, something to think about maybe.

Why $$$$ just to get the hands and datewheel. Ask Andy if he can source you the datewheel and the hands used on this watch for your GMT. Andy comes through !!!!
triplehd Posted January 27, 2007 Report Posted January 27, 2007 That was an excellent idea Plus - alot cheaper !
space Posted January 27, 2007 Author Report Posted January 27, 2007 He doesn't sell spare parts anymore... Too bad!
triplehd Posted January 28, 2007 Report Posted January 28, 2007 He doesn't sell spare parts anymore... Too bad! Ask Silix - I was able to source a corrrect length GMT hand for my ETA GMT...can't hurt to try.... Or, if you're high on this watch - grab the ETA version from King - She has the HE valve slightly higher than the others....then you can throw the OEM hands on it.... Hope that helps
