eLiNK
It's not a new model but as for the reasons we all know there are not so many picture posts on the board, I'll go and present the watch. I hope you won't be disappointed. FRANCK MULLER CRAZY HOURS Size: 32 mm x 43 mm. The watch has a pretty good overall quality. The back is nicely engraved. I wouldn't dare to compare it to the real thing but it does make a good impression. Have I already mentioned the numbers and the hands are luminous? (in comparison to other crazy hours reps) The only thing which I don't like about the watch (apart from the strap) is its buckle. It doesn't have a logo and has inferior quality from my point of view. Funnily, there are hardly any FM reps that have a decent clasp or buckle. eunomians
Is it just me or has the Muller craze died out? Maybe it's for the better! Poor old Montres Allison :horse:
section8
does the 'crazy hours' function work on the rep?
eunomians
I don't think so. But I could be wrong. There were some hardcore Muller collectors around this place a year ago. Maybe they could chime in, unless they are embarassed
section8
I actually really like FMs, but I don't actually own one yet (my wife has a ladies Conquistador though)
eunomians
No offense to the FM lovers out there. I am somewhat curious though: it seems that the fanfare has died down somewhat. I remember that here in Los Angeles, Tokyo and Manhattan, I kept seeing lovely models wearing them out in the streets/nightclubs, etc... Now it's all been replaced with Patek 24 Hours and Baume & Mercier tanks.
Pix
Hi, here's a review I did in March : http://www.rwg.cc/members/index.php?showto...;hl=crazy+hours The Crazy hours feature does work actually. And it seems the reps are already very good at low prices.
