I would not judge the way he is driving until you had sat in his seat and had to respond to something on the other side of town like a contact or IED! American GI's are actually trained to drive throught the streets of Bagdad that way. The idea is to not brake and to move along at constant speed so as to reduce the chances of being picked off by Rockets and/or snipers. The humvees are really not ideal vehicles in terms of providing safety to occupants It is more sad than funny... and the drviers are certainly not ignorant. It was very apparent that this was some punk enjoying a little power trip. The cavalier way he buzzed the pedestrian made it clear that this was not a rational man en route to an emergency. 100% [censored] thru and thru.
