Great Forums, Thanks For All The Shared Info!

Great stuff, I've finally found a good source of replica information.

I have only just started looking into this collector community but I just wanted to say thanks for all the in depth posts.

I am off to Thailand on honeymoon at the begining of March and am looking for info/advice on buying an Omega PO replica.

Looks like I need to go for a 4th gen PO and it also looks like it will be safer to go with a UK dealer (say PT, although I hear there is a waiting list).

I am starting to wonder if it will be too much hassle to find a top class replica in only one day's shopping in BKK.

Either way, I would have been ripped off if it weren't for this forum and its galleries/advice, thanks again!

we are going to spend 4 days in Bangkok, so one morning will be in the MDK shopping mall or something like that,

might just browse as i'm concerned about picking up a rubbish replica for top dollar ;)

If you want any customer service at all, buy a rep from a UK dealer. :D

There is a stall in MBK that has good reps, but I'll leave that for the search engine as I really can do without being flamed for pages and pages again. Or, PM Leonardo and ask him.

When I was in Bangkok, I found nothing after days of looking. Most of it was the same crap over and over, but there are bargains to be found, apparently.

thanks for the welcome guys, much appreciated

i've just looked at pictures of the latest Omega Planet Ocean (ultimate 45mm), wow! never thought replicas could look that good, but i'm lanky as 'ell so i think the 4th gen will look better for me

i have sent a message to PT regarding sourcing a good PO 4th Gen (black), is that the right way of going about this?

I ask as various posts indicate different communication methods and i don't want to make any bad faux-pas! :D
