southcoast68
Hi all I have 2 Date Just dials that I hope to be using in a couple of franken projects soon and I want to make sure they are full size and not half or "unisex" size. My calipers are measuring 27.6mm in dia, but to look at them they seem small. Got them off the 'bay and they were advertised as full size mens, but I just want to make sure. Any help you all can offer would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Robert C.

The only prob that I have is the dial is made for an ETA date wheel, so the gen cyclopse is off by 2mm to the right. I got a blank plexi and epoxied a mag in the correct place. Looksd awsome. Till I cracked it on a door frame. What kind of frankenstein are you building? Got pics?
alligoat
I just put the digital calipers on a dial of mine and it came up 27.84mm. Mine is for a 16013/16223 series watch w/ dial feet at 2:30 and 7:30 and I'm getting ready to take off the feet! So , yes yours is full size. BTW, midsize case is around 31mm, so the dial and movement are quite a bit smaller.
southcoast68
Thanks for the response. As far as pictures, none yet. I have a case on the way, an eta movement from a turn-o-graph, and hands. I will still need the ever elusive spacer ring and a date wheel overlay. So it will take me a bit longer to get all the stuff together. Cheers
