Each has interesting technical overview, and also provides a little insight as to how Rolex manufactures their parts and even smelts their own gold.

Pretty neat stuff and it's interesting to see how they do some of this "magic" and yet they still are overpriced, but I still like them. They say it takes 40 hours to make each bezel, I guess they charge $150/hr of work.

Very cool videos. I hope we get some good reps of that ceramic bezel soon.

Does anyone know if that is really their factory? I thought there was more work done by hand.
