Stephane
Hi All, I got this Daylight chrono from the same german dealer as my 1950 during the summer of 2006. It's one of the watches I wear the most as you'll see from the picture. There are a lot of scratches... and I should dremel it one of these days. I should also sent it to service as it's a 7750 old version and it's a nightmare to make it start. I got a rubber band for it aswell as a box (which is not gen, I think) Cheers Stephane
b16a2
That is stunning! I don't see many Pam's on bracelets, and that looks awesome! Wear it well!

Yeah, you're right: heavy heavy beast and 7750 (which is very good so far allthough I suspect not serviced at all). It was a buy before I discovered RWG ;-) sweet collection: I'm not sure it's that sweet yet but it will become now that I found RWG Cheers Stephane. Sonicwinter
Yeah, you're right: heavy heavy beast and 7750 (which is very good so far allthough I suspect not serviced at all). I own the same watch and same version (ours have got the thinner date font and the very bright green numbers). I've seen 'newer' versions with thicker date font and lighter number which I personally think looks a tad bit closer to the real thing (save for the recess in the date window). The only thing that annoys me about the Pam196 is it does pick up scratches quite easily both on the semi-circular polished steel crown guard and the bezel. But hey, at least it makes the watch look well-worn and gives it the seasoned look, eh? Nice pictures, dude! Makes me want to put my stainless steel bracelet back on the Daylight (it's currently wearing a rubber strap).
