Recommended Posts

Hi there,

I am new to rolexes. After seeing 116520 in another thread, I can't help but to go ahead with a purchase. But now, I need help to find a good rep of this watch. I am deciding between two dealers, etaworldgoods and Eddie Lee. Here are the comparison pics:

From Eddie Lee

From etaworldgoods; Swiss 7750 and I also noticed that the hands are polished.

Not sure about price difference yet. Awaiting reply from them.

Thanks in advance.

I bought mine from Eddie...

However I think that exper's 116520 from Homer looks a bit different - the especially the color of the subdials...

Here is what Ken has to say...

We offer the Daytona ref:116520 with Genuine Swiss

Valjoux for...

This watch is a in-house made from us Watch-honpo and we

have made the dial identical to the original (sub dial in

correct place). There is some modification to the movement

to place the new dial. Power reserve can hold 48 hrs and

very accurate. We have copy the sizes and etc very

accurately from the genuine Daytona 116520. We think that

it is the best one in the market. Please feel free to let

us know if you have any other questions. thank you.

The price is a tad over USD700....

I am not that crazy over Rolex atm but liking 116520 very much. Not liking enough to pay that much tho..

I actually think it is not totally true all that "watchhonpo only" crap.

All of these watches sold by watchhonpo (apart from 187) are actually available from other dealers.

Cheers!

Yes it is.

Subdials are closer to each other than in standard 7750 and centers of subdials at 3 and 9 are located a bit above the line between 3 and 9 markers.
