change the dial of a Rolex

Do you know if it is very complicated to change the dial of a Rolex?

On a scale of 1-5 with 5 being the most difficult, let's say it rates a 3-3.5 maybe. It takes the correct tools, a basic level of watchmaking skill and patience.
