I CANNOT wait for your watch to arrive to end this whole IWC saga. What a mindless new thread, are you kidding? Nobody cares...:whistling:

People who are paid $5/hr take time to process your goods. Give them a break. Your IWC will arrive.

i wish i could earn that money for an hour :D if poles would get that money there would be no delay at all

To tell you the truth, I only check my tracking on the fifth day after it has been sent out. Just for the fun of it and because I paid extra to have it tracked so I might as well use it. What I can't understand is people(in general), checking USPS or other postal sites every hour to see the status of their packages. I mean come'on guys. Get a life. Your watch will arrive some day. Before it is at your door step, go on with your lives. It's not worth it IMHO. Go get laid, grab a chilli dog, play with your children, kiss your wife or go for a jog. It's only after 1 week(5 working days), that you should still worry if it is still stuck in customs. Cuz by then, some burly guy who just had his lunch would be admiring his TW best sub. That's when you start the next course of action. Let your dealer know. Until then guys, there is more to life than reps.

uhhh....i just checked it once a night before i go to sleep.............

My post was just a simple question of something that has not happened before to me with customs. Seems like the hostile posts are the ones who need to relax a little.

I mean come on? "get a life?"

That is just plain rude.

Haha...dude, you're plain old sensitive. I'm direct in my posts(most of them). I try not to beat around the bush. In anycase, just so we can get it on record, how many days has your package been "inbound to customs"? If it is a day, then dude wait a few days. I had for once seen a package that I sent still stuck in san franciso customs for 3 days straight. Why was it like that? God knows. The last thing I want to do is to jump into conclusions that are formed by in my grey matter. And mind I tell you that the tracking website ain't accurate. If you don't get your stuff in the next few days, I suggest you ask your dealer if he/she wrote, "kickass replica watch" on the customs declaration. Grab a beer mate...

Seems we have a couple of people that like being "direct" in their posts. We don't have much room to criticize humorless Paneresti. Humorless counterfeiters!!!

Reading RWG is such an emotional experience. ;) First part is like a worldwide soap opera "Days of Our Reps". Then I feel bad because we made fun of someone making minimum wage and someone says they'd be grateful for minimum wage. Then you get to learn about everyone's obsessive compulsive disorders. What a ride!!

I will say that checking tracking is fun in one respect, though I don't do it often. It is fun watching your package travel around the world. It is kind of like a vacation trip by proxy.

I think it would be really neat if sometime one of our dealers would take some pictures of where the watches are made. Then some dealers should post a picture of their sales office. Course there could be an element in this of it possibly being best just not knowing. I suddenly have visions of an 8 year old slaving away with a loupe in his eye. Maybe we need a dealer named Kathy Lee.

One of my orders has been stuck at this since the 3rd, should I be worried?

"Your item was accepted in CHINA PEOPLES REP on March 3, 2007 at 6:18 PM. Information, if available, is updated every evening. Please check again later."

Sales office? It's called a laptop and a post office. :D

As for a factory, it's not what you imagine. Check this video out:

Not hopeful.....been there for 5 mail days and I live about 5 miles from the customs office. Every other order has cleared in 45mins or less and always delivered the next morning or same day in one case.

I'll keep waiting.

Wow! That is neat. Is this the large mall over the border from Hong Kong that I hear everyone talking about?

You know, as we go along I have less and less respect for some legitimate manufacturers. They export all their jobs and manufacturing to China for the cheap labor costs screwing their fellow citizens in the process. Here is where they are paying for that cheap labor. Legitimate manufacturers nickel and dime Chinese manufacturers so consequently the Chinese, being a resourceful people, take advantage of the production facilities established by the cheap b*stards to eek out a profit margin. Poor poor capitalists. There I go sounding like a socialist again.... going to have to watch (hee hee) myself.
