Has this ever happened to you?

I just realized my membership wasnt upgraded (I have been absent for a month or so on business), and when the forum link sents me to the paypal page, all my security stuff went crazy saying paypal may be "phishing" and there was potential "identity theft." and when I click something my session was timed out.

This has never happened to me before. Has anyone seen something like this before?

I'm no expert but do you have security software? It's possible that it noticed an odd cookie and thus deleted your cookies, and in essence timing you out, and logging you out. Just a guess though. May I suggest, you could send me the payment and I could take care of it...

If I were you I would go into PayPal and change my password IMMEDIATELY. Right now might be too late. Also, if you are on FleBay change that password as well.

Thanks for the replies. Luckily, there is no problem. I had my security settings on too high, and it blocked me from a lot of sites.

...kind of reminds me of those Mac v. PC commericals when the PC guy gets Vista and has a Secret Service-looking guy standing next to him.
