Can somebody tell me if the Panerai Watch Dealer's Clocks as shown on http://search.ebay.com/_W0QQsassZluxurious-sensationsQQhtZ-1 are real products by Officine Panerai?

^ seconded. When i was in an AD a few weeks ago, they had barometers, desk clocks, and you could order a wall clock. The barometer was about $1500.

I was only looking at those (again) yesterday, I thought the watches had a good mark up, with their generic ETA movements, but these clocks take the [censored], basically a cheap kitchen wall clock dressed up to look like a Panerai and sold for around 2-300+ times the amount, crazy.

Also "dealers clock" hmm I've seen more clocks in one week on eBay than there are Panerai AD world wide

There are plenty of these on ebay along with Rolex submariner wall clocks. I don't think they were commisioned by the brands. They are most likely fakes. Dealer displays are usually much higher quality.
