I do think it's a fake because on the pic the second is at 6' whereas with a primero it's at 9'

I'd have to agree with it being fake, as dalayclass says. The El Primero has the running seconds at nine and the movement alone is tough to find for less than $1000. Even if you had the EP movt, a good rep case and correct rep dial, it would have to sell for more than 1450- euros or dollars.

I have finished medical school in Catania (Sicilia) you can not imagine how many scamers are out there!!Stay away!
