Do a search this came up about 2 weeks ago, ziggy gave us some good answers, look for rotor and grease or something like that.

I've just had the same problem with the Asian 21j Chopard. It rattled like cheap jewellery and the horrid noise was clearly audible to everyone wihin the City limits. On examination the rotor was obviously the culprit-it was flapping around and spun like a perpetual motion machine. An application of grease succeeded in damping its signature soundtrack but.... the rotor has now been virtually immobilised. From one problem to another.

I had this problem with my Asian 21j Chopard also--posted on here about it.

I used a little applicator that came in a value pack of grease and oils and such to apply a tiny amount of watch grease at a time to the bearing, until I finally got it sounding pretty nice. That thing was horrendously loud at first though, I actually had to apologize for it one time. . . . . :black_eye:
