Removing screws from a PAM196 (old case)

I'm trying to remove the lug screws (that is for the band) on a PAM196. One is easy, the other seems immovable, any tips?

It's very frustrating!

Try driping some oliv oil on it!!!

In hardware stores they should have liquids to get locked screws unlocked.

I recently saw it @ Leroi Merlin... if it also exists in UK...

Try it with Caramba, it´s a creeping oil, which usually looses every srew thread...
