sssurfer
I can feel your disappointment, Usil, sorry about that. Your offer is very tempting, but I can't take it, for several reasons -- last but not least that I would take a benefit from a psychological moment of yours. Most likely you just messed up with the keyless work (it happened to a lot of watches these days, I wonder why) and, yes, it would make for a 10 mins job for a watchsmith. Don't give up, it would be a shame! My best wishes.
P4GTR
why not just pay a watchsmith $20 to pop it back together for you? Good luck.
Stephane
...it would make for a 10 mins job for a watchsmith. Don't give up, it would be a shame! SSSurfer is so right. Come on Usil. I am in a similar situation with the same watch...I broke the crown (not genuine though). After SSSurfer gave me some advice, I'm the happiest man in the world tonight as I know I have a great watch that can be fixed. Sleep a couple of night and then decide to sell it or not, but do not sell this for 200$. It's a beauty, keep it or you'll regret it Cheers Stephane
viper
Hi Usil, Keep the watch, and bring it to a watchmaker who can fix this issue, these things do happen. I believe, after a couple of days, you will be glad you kept it.

I did not realize you have no watchsmith there. Nevertheless I think your choice is wise.
