miquel
I have drilled lugholes on a non-hole silix sub. It is not fun. I used an 18volt drill on the lowest speed setting, HSS bits, and lots of 3 in 1 oil. I took the movement and crystal out of the watch and slowly drilled from the exsisting springbar hole outwards. This takes a long time and extreme amount of patience. The trick is to try and get the drill straight (between the lugs) to the case. I also use a small vise to hold the watch case in place. Good luck!
