Rolex Submariner LV

I have a Rolex Submariner LV from Paul some time ago. The bezel got badly scratched. Does anyone know if I can replace it? If so, where can I get a new bezel?

Also, didn't rbJoe mention something about having to file/sand down a lip on the back of the insert to get it to fit right??
