that_watch_guy
I don't have a particular person you can go to, but when I had this problem, I bought a panerai caseback opener (http://cgi.ebay.com/WATCH-CASE-REPAIR-TOOL-BACK-KEY-OPENER-FOR-44MM-WATCH_W0QQitemZ8932304245QQcategoryZ10363QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem) and used a q-tip to clean the dust off the inside of the crystal very carefully.
