rosnik
Finally I find one Air-king-date Dial. What do you think about? That's my new Franken project beginning.

FasTTaP
I didn't even knew such model existed... air king date... surprising... What about the case? TT?
gioarmani
I don't think that's real... the hour-markers are laid on so sloppy they don't even line up with the lume dots, and the dial print is so poor it looks like Chinatown quality. rosnik
Thank you guys. About Air-king-Date it's one very rare Gen model. That's same GEN pics for you: The real great problem of my dial re-dialed is the SCOC printed, instead of PRECISION. Before to eject this dial out of my window, I'll get same fitting test on the case.
rosnik
Sorry !!! The firs picture is DJ , not AKD .
gioarmani
Personally, I wasn't saying that the gen didn't exist; I was saying I think that your particular dial (pictured) is a fake. The quality of that dial doesn't look like anything that would have ever passed Rolex QC. EDIT: Remove the dial from the movement & shoot the back of it. Does it look like brass & say the word "Singer"? Edited July 12, 2007 by gioarmani
