I bought a few similar ones from a HK based seller on ebay (watchesu571). He has various colors and sizes. I found these a nice alternative to rubber straps in summer (that may be sweat proof but make you sweat even more underneath). They are also an alternative to the nato straps. I have a 7.9" wrist and they fit perfectly.

Don't worry, mine arrived within one week from HK to EU. It usually takes longer for my reps to arrive...
