Edge Posted March 19, 2006 Author Report Posted March 19, 2006 Whilst Photoshop is a fantastic program, most people are not willing/able to lay out £500 or so for the software. Be a cheapskate look HERE
space Posted March 22, 2006 Report Posted March 22, 2006 Screenshots can be taken with screenshot utilitie 1.0, Get a trial copy and then PM me, if you want of course. ...or by just hitting the "Print Scr" button on the keyboard, to copy screenshot to the clipboard. Then paste into your favorite photosoftware. ( or MS word for that matter. ) Alt + Print Scr = screenshot of just the active window. I will also add that "levels" in photoshop is the tool I use most, without a doubt. Use levels before the brightnes/contrast tool.
narikaa Posted March 22, 2006 Report Posted March 22, 2006 While on software...dont overlook JASC's Paint Shop Pro....for the fledgling user the 'enhance photo' button (one click fix) coupled with the cropping tool can be a very simple quantum leap forward.
coolfire Posted March 26, 2006 Report Posted March 26, 2006 Kudos to Edge for sharing his knowledge of "photo-manipulation"... This will go a long way in helping members to manage their pix better...
