Nearly no sense, as RSC could have replaced a damaged red dial with a white one but kept the dome. Rare and unlikely? Sure, but not impossible. crystalcranium Posted August 9, 2007 Author Report Share Posted August 9, 2007 Right Stephane, Flat one is a more modern crystal, it was produced by Rolex AFTER the Superdome, and it was introduced with the Great White. So - a DRSD, and also a SRSD should have a superdomed Tropic 39, whereas a GWSD should have a flat one. It is also okay for a DRSD to have a flat one, as those were later service replacements by Rolex - put on the DRSD. But a GWSD with Superdome makes absolutely no sense.
