How to record RWG Radio?

Ive been listening to the radio and its great, a good selection of different songs!!.

Does anyone know how to record audio?

Been searching the web but all results show software at $30/$40, looking for free software of course!!

If so let me know

I'm sure there are others, and for other players, but when I used to use Classic Winamp, I used "Streamripper". You can regulate the quality, and thus the output in MBs. And believe me, 30 mins worth can be a HUGE amount of MBs.
