where to get a good bezel insert for my mbw 1665 gw?

I can't find a definitive answer to this. If the pearl is close to gen, that'll be a bonus. If not and the insert is good, that's ok because I have a gen pearl. Pls help. Thx.

What about taking the pearl out of the MBW and putting the gen pearl in there?

the stock insert came with a dent right above the pearl. it's very noticeable to me. i would have otherwise.
