sssurfer
Ok, this is fantasy (and with a terrible date font), but it's a start! Look at the back!

Watchmeister
Thanks for the update. Long way to go though. So which comes first? Big Pilot or 2007 PAM with true 8 day movement?

babola
Mov't while aesteticaly not bad, it's crappy modified single-barel Asian 6497 with fancy bridges, that's all. It ain't 8-days either ;-) I'd stay away from it for now. cheers, babola
sssurfer
I bet that we'll never see 8 day movements in these reps and that good fancy bridges is the best we can expect. Should they make this way the Angelus SF240 I would jump on it istantaneously. I stay away as this is not a good rep yet so far. But -- excited to see a sandwich dial with date showed up! FxrAndy
Thanks for the update. Long way to go though. So which comes first? Big Pilot or 2007 PAM with true 8 day movement? Either would be nice, or any thing 8 days would show a masive jump in rep movement work!
Watchmeister
I am waiting it out for true 8 day movement. The Chinese factories now make a more reliable tourby better than the originals. Between the IWC's (Big Pilot and new huge Ingy) and the new PAM's there is enough money in it for someone to do it. And the general trend in watches is toward multi-barrel movements so the legit chinese factories will be making them for their "homage" watches. It is funny how "homage" movements migrate into reps. t
Back is "close"....Dial....from another "galaxy"...!!! ;) back is also not close.... caseback is to big and glass to small... movement jewels are on different position and the wheel under the bridges is not gold like on gen... also has gen. movement polished edges. BTW, i like this dial more as gen... i hate this poor power reserve indicator on gen... and i would never present a $100 fake as a $10.000 watch... so it is for me NO PROBLEM that this dial hasn
