"U"PO 5TH generation

I really wish people would stop using the term UPO when they talk about the Planet Ocean 45mm. <_< The Ultimate Planet Ocean is just one (of many) versions of the 45mm available, and only sold by select dealers. If you've just watched Casino Royale and think you want Bond's watch, you don't want a 'UPO', you want a 45mm Planet Ocean!

*rant over*

Hi all,

I was mailing with Silix about the Omega Seamster Planet Ocean that he's selling. He said that there will be soon a 5th generation from this watch.

Does somebody has some pictures about this new UPO??

Thx..

You should also clarify if you are talking 42.5mm or 45mm model. Silix gets both of these models from completely different factories. Silix 42.5mm is the same UPO everyone has. Their 45mm PO is totally different from everyone's. Paul at Wo-Mart has been selling a so called 5th generation of the 42.5mm for several months.

It really pisses me off when people get their terminology wrong as it adds nothing except confusion. The UPO is the top end 45mm watch offered by the cartel dealers (Josh and Andrew et al).

Silix does not stock the UPO and has never done. His top end 45mm version has a dodgy pearl and short markers at 3, 6, 9 and 12 amongst other faults but it does have the correct logo.

The UPO has never referred to the 42.5mm version EVER. It's like people using the term 'noobmariner' to refer to any basic Submariner rep when by rights it is should only refer to the asian movement sub marketed by TTK. If people are correct in their terminology it would save newbies a lot of confusion and time.
