Febus
Nice watch, the strap looks unlike those you usually see on these vintage Seamasters. Enjoy wearing it.
Corgi
These sell at my local flea market for around $600 to $800 if fully functioning and in fair condition. Crisp, clean, lubed, overhauled models go into the low $1000s. If you have the original strap and papers, you would be able to pull off perhaps even more... but may I suggest getting it serviced by an authorized Omega specialist? Another thing I would consider is registering yourself as the watch's official owner (remove caseback and get the serial number then bring it to an AD who will do the rest of the work...) I know something about fighting to unravel the mystery behind old, rare watches but as long as you have those serials then you are in good shape. Without the serials however, you have a long and painful road ahead of you. It is definitely a beautiful wristwatch and I am sure it will be a head-turner once on your wrist! Congratulations!
