Just learned of this forum from the "other" forum. Just thought I'd say hello!

I'm out in SF doing Sys Admin word...soon to be headed to Tokyo for working in another field.

I was dead set on getting a Breitling Steelfish as I've heard it's the most accurate rep around....

but now I'm hearing of mods on Rolex SDs.... guess I'm goin that-a-way!

Hi Mark and welcome, go for that steelfish, if you start down the seadweller road it will be long and possible expencive, the steel fish out of the box should blow you away (i hope, mine is on the way)

Thanks FxrAndy... I know what you mean... I'm so blown away by the "rumors" I can actually swim with the Steelfish along with the legendary lume only reserved for the PO in the past. If I end up with the SD I am afraid I will be too tempted to give it a quick dunk...along with maybe my 300 plus dollars!

I took the plunge (pardon the pun) and just paid for the blue dial Steelfish from Josh. Can't wait!

....although...I STILL can't stop looking at that SD.

(pace yourself, damn it!!!!)
