Seltea
I received this week a White VCO dial to swap into a black faced Watch that was sent in error. The Black face is the new upgraded V4 version. Somehow this white dial looks different. The hour numbers look like they are a different shape and the Cross is different (more angular). Also the ' mark which is missing on the e in Geneve for the V4 is on this one. Is this a poorer copy ?
dluddy
Looks good to me? The Cross is the right size which is the usual flaw.
luisik
I think you got the best dial available now without mods...

HauteHippie
This dial leaves a bit to be desired IMO. The honeycomb texture is too subdued, the trapezoidal date window too exagerated, the font a bit off, the 12, 3, 6, 9 markers too thin, and the color too white... But the VCO rep is still a nice watch.
Craytonic
I am w/ chieftang; I prefer the other current dial.
Seltea
I got this from Silix. I originally ordered the White but he sent me the Black and although it took a few weeks, he sent me this White dial. I think the hour numbers are too thin especially the ends of the 3, 6 and 9. My dilemma is that I want to superlume the dial, but which one - I prefer the White one but think the Black one is closer to the gen.
thelawnmowerman
Can you let me know who has the other 'current dial?' please and secondly whoever has it, is their white dial better in the areas you mentioned , as I have too many black dial watches , Ingenieur, Nautilus, APRO jumbo etc, you advice would be appreciated. Craytonic
The tip of the hands is much better on the "other version." I got mine from ruby. Josh & Andrew have them also but charge a boatload more. Date window is too sloped on the Silix one. It does have a better cross though. The white silix one looks bleached out to my eye. Craytonic
There is an accent missing on the front of the dial on the new silix one as well.
