It's about installing a gen tube and crown and to fit a gen T39 crystal. If anyone knows someone to do this or would do it by himself, please let me know!! He modded my 1665 with crown, tube, Helfands (generic) t39, aged dial, shaped CGs and fitted springbars with lugholes drilling. He lives in Germany and and his work is fine If you need help getting a mbw 1665 go for george and ask politely, thats how I got mine...
