Is that you with the mustache???? What kind of plane is that? And did you launch off carriers????? I was in the Air Force (not a pilot) but I've always had MUCH respect for Naval Aviators. To land on a carrier at sea at night has got to be one of the hardest things in the world.

Thanks for the Kudos. I was assigned to the Nimitz, and then the Abraham Lincoln during my "float"

Yes I did get catapaulted off the deck many dyas and night, any weather.

I still can hear .......

"Shuttle locked, power up to 5th stage, green on the pitch angle "

One last salute than off to work

My wing dropeed 54,000+ tomes of munitions in over 200+ sorties.

Sadly, the watch along for most of thos riges was a trusty Casio G-shock. Even at times ugh.... a Swatch (which I still have) At the end of the conflict, I started to wear my Breitling again. (less of a chance of some Iraqi getting it if I had to bail out) Although I am sure i would have seen it on a cousin at a local seven-eleven at some point.
