chrgod
I am thinking of giving my girlfriend a Cartier Seatimer for Christmas. There seems to be some different versions on the market. One is the version from Silix with double AR. Nice, but it lacks the white border around the date window, and the "8" seems a bit odd: This is from Ruby, is about 50 USD more expensive. It seems to have a better dial and date font, but no AR. There are also some differences in the style of the numbers. Do I dare to ask... Who has the best Seatimer..? Are there more versions out there.. Except for Cartier's ... White faced genuine..
Victoria
Chrgod, you may want to PM TWP because he got one of our members a beautiful Seatimer for his girlfriend.
HauteHippie
Go with Ruby's and add AR later.
chrgod
Hmm... Yes, the numbers on Ruby's looks much closer to gen... My GF does not really care about AR, but it adds an "expensive" touch. Thanks for the tip about TWP, vbarret! His seems to be yet another version, even better dial. smilingbear
Ruby's is much more accurate, for the reasons that you mention (numeral shape, white square around date)
