I will say i am dubious about buying gold plated reps though. I have 2 and am not really happy with the quality of the "heavy plating" and "wrapping" That could be the reason why many members shy away from gold. Flaw at the moment is the lume on the dial, weight of the rose gold coated case (genuine is heavier than the rep, this goes without saying), and so on.
