Hello everybody,

I want to say thanks for all the information on this forum.

By reading all your threads I got all the information I needed

to make up my mind about which Panerai Model to order and where.

I started by contacting davidsen with an e-mail in which I asked

about the possibilities. A day later he responded, the pam was in stock and he even sent some pictures along with payment options.

I responded by ordering the watch and told him I would pay over

Western Union.

A day later he sent me his details (for payment), I payed and

this morning I received a message from Western Union that

davidsen collected the money.

I didn't ask for any specifics I just ordered the pam111H,

I hope this means I get what he calls the "ultimate pam111H".

So now I wait....

Anyway, thanks for all your experiences, it has been a great help!

first off, welcome to RWG

i'm glad you've found what you are looking for; i think you'll be very pleased with your 111h :smile:

good luck enduring the wait -- in the early days of rep collecting, it is by far the hardest part. as you get more watches, looking at the gradual depletion of your bank account become much harder to deal with

Hey Bjornhulst, wassup.

I have found that if you don't EXACTLY mention things to Davidsen, he'll send you potluck.

So if you want something specific, like colour of straps, texture of straps (buffalo etc.), plus to go over with a list of details you feel are very important (engraving on bridges if any, crown guard tight), it's VERY VERY important to do so with DSN.

It's not too late. I would send him an email before he sends the PAM 111h out to you, probably very soon indeed.

Welcome Bjornhulst and congrats on your Davidsen 111H. Excellent first choice. As DVN has a few versions of the 111H, you might want to follow the above advice and make sure you are getting the "ultimate" version if this is what you are expecting and what you paid for. It is a good idea for your benefit to be as clear as possible,
