Does anyone here do custom watches?

If I wanted to design my own watch, do any of the members here make (or know someone who can make) them? Id like to do a really distinctive looking watch, but I can make it run on a Valjoux 7750 movement (or a very slightly modified one). Id be willing (obv.) to pay for the parts/labor and an extra something for helping me out.

Im really only in it to get one watch for me, but if people ask about it, I might be interested in starting some sort of venture if that is of any interest. Thanks!
