spookycord Posted December 24, 2007 Report Posted December 24, 2007 I am writing this to invite our sponsored dealers and collectors to give us an idea of their rep of the year BASED ON SALES. Based on either total Units sold or Total Sale ($) by watch. I'd like to see this objective look into the 'Rep of the Year' debate.
Pugwash Posted December 24, 2007 Report Posted December 24, 2007 Don't expect them to share the info. We've never been able to get sales numbers.
natron Posted December 24, 2007 Report Posted December 24, 2007 It should be units sold, not $$. If 2 $250 watches were sold and only 1 $500, is it a tie?? Kind of like motion pictures of today making more money but it cost more to go to the movies. Natron
jkerouac Posted December 24, 2007 Report Posted December 24, 2007 If I were a collector, the rep of the year would be the one with the best margin. We can all make educated guesses regarding which models would top that list.
POTR Posted December 25, 2007 Report Posted December 25, 2007 That would be the ones with the $0.60 worth of ceramic that sells by itself for $800....
lanikai Posted December 25, 2007 Report Posted December 25, 2007 Don't expect them to share the info. We've never been able to get sales numbers. out of say 300 made (of a popular piece.. say the BB) 50 may go to the factory collectors and the rest would be distributed thoughout Japan, the Middle East and Mexico .. (these are the retail distribution
Pugwash Posted December 25, 2007 Report Posted December 25, 2007 out of say 300 made (of a popular piece.. say the BB) A popular piece is made in quantities of well over 500.
