Physical Shock Damage?

is it possible that after lots of bumpy rides on my bike, that my watch lost time?

Yes. The vibrations are dangerous.

The balance of the watch is very delicate. In the most serious cases the continuous and repeated vibrations can cause the spillage of it from axle. In the best hypotheses can interfere on it oscillations or réserve de marche.

I believe it can be a problem.

My mother has a Rollie rep that just stopped all together. I'm sure the interior mechanisms are off axle and we don't know how to fix it. I told her not to tap hard on it as it could get worse, but, it just will not run at all. It's under a year old.

She wore it while working out and other activities like aerobics.

A trusted watchmaker can be the solution if the damage is not serious.
