Can successfully unscrew the back ... but then the back stops unscrewing and acts as if it has come up on a stop. I thought maybe it screws out to a stop and then pries out from there. RWG Technical Posted January 10, 2008 Report Share Posted January 10, 2008 Normal on many models... if it's loose and you can get your finger nails under the edge, try gentling lifting it up, and turning it with your finger nails, sometimes this works... At the point of frustration, I just tried to pry it off with a screwdriver and heard that magical click and it came loose and fully unscrewed. Casebacks can be tricky.
