1665fan Posted January 17, 2008 Report Posted January 17, 2008 Hello, I'm new to the Pannie world, and I'm now looking for my first one. I would buy from precious time, but I do not now if they have genuine Unitas in it or not? If someone could tell me which ones have a genuine Unitas and are good, that would be great! Regards Chris
Pugwash Posted January 17, 2008 Report Posted January 17, 2008 If someone could tell me which ones have a genuine Unitas and are good, that would be great! Why not ask Precious Time?
1665fan Posted January 17, 2008 Author Report Posted January 17, 2008 I asked him yesterday, but thought someone here could give me some hints. I don't know which one is accurate, if somebody bought one form Precious Time perhaps he could tell me...
capice Posted January 17, 2008 Report Posted January 17, 2008 yep, precious should know or read some reviews from his customers in the reviewsection
DemonSlayer Posted January 17, 2008 Report Posted January 17, 2008 My first and only Panerai I have (so far ) is a PAM 111h, in asian unitas. It has kept very accurate time since I've had it, and had no other problems with it whatsovever. I highly recommend the 111h for a 'beginner' to PAMs
FxrAndy Posted January 17, 2008 Report Posted January 17, 2008 Very few of the panerai we find now days have a 100% unitas in them, at the least the panerai style bridges will be asian made, From what i have found the asian 100% movement will perfom your needs. The Swiss/asian with the panerai bridges MAY last longer, PT will sort you out with a nice watch. Have a search about there was a thread about asian, swiss, Chiss and Swinese unitas a while back.
