Rob recently completed the mods on my 027A Luminor Power Reserve.

The results are amazing :D

Work done:

-Relume of dial and hands to resemble aged Tritium

-Installed OEM Crown and fixed the floppy lever

-Installed a Lello 2892 datewheel

That lume work is incredible. What a beautiful job. Can we see a shot of the DW through the cyclops? Is it the stock cyclops?

Datewheel shot added - Yes, it is a stock Cyclops. I have not seen one that makes enough of a difference to me yet to change.

In my opinion the stock cyclopes on those PR models are just fine. They have an internal lens right at the date window that provides additional magnification. With a proper date disc, I can't see any need for replacement of the cyclops either.

Absolutely superb. As soon as I get my Lello datewheel my 027 is going to The Zigmeister for exactly the same treatment together with a Jimmy Fu CG. Then it will join my 029 which has already had the same full works. IMO these ETA 2892 & 2893 PAM models represent the absolute best of the reps when they have been modded this way.
