DuDro
Marty, I've been watching these on the "Bay" and usually they go for at least $1200 to $1700. If someone else knows of a good source for these, please chime in... Happy Hunting! P.S. Can't wait to see how your project is coming along! Watchmeister
Excellent advice. The average stand-alone movement is in bad shape and very expensive.

PLUS: you can sell the genuine DJ parts and get a little out again - or build a DJ-Franken with an ETA 2836
Guest carlsbadrolex
I have one that I bought non-serviced for $650. I had it fully rebuilt and timed to COSC standards. It sits in a clear plastic movement holder waiting for the right project. I am now in the watch a total of $1000 and feel I got a great deal on it.
