1680 Insert that will work with the acrylic pearl sold by Frei-Borel?

The pearl is smaller than the hole on most inserts. It does work on the stock MBW insert, but are there any others that it will fit?

Out of curiosity, why would you be looking to match the insert to the pearl, as opposed to the other way around (meaning you should be looking for a gen insert/pearl!)
