Guest Sql_pl Posted June 18, 2006 Report Posted June 18, 2006 Cwai why didn't you go for a modified asian with seconds at 6?
r11co Posted June 20, 2006 Report Posted June 20, 2006 Cwai why didn't you go for a modified asian with seconds at 6? Probably because they are crap. 11 transfer wheels and no lubrication in order to make something that looks and nearly works like a Daytona movement. Very high failure rate and guarenteed problems medium-to-long term. What price authenticity?
dadog13 Posted June 20, 2006 Report Posted June 20, 2006 lovely watch @cwai02....i love this versions with the MOP dial...there are a lot of colours...very nice for the summer time... wear it well!

I bought a modified asian 7750 Daytona 2005 off Joshua many months ago and believe it or not it keeps perfect time, the stopwatch works superbly as well. It is one of the best reps that I have.
ToothDoc Posted July 16, 2006 Report Posted July 16, 2006 (edited) IS the swiss movement that much better than the modified asian? is it worth the extra 600 dollars? Will it last that much longer? any help to these questions would really be appreciated. Thanks Dustin Edited July 16, 2006 by ToothDoc
