I put mine together from parts in the watchbox. You can always get a PVD caseset from DS and throw in your 111h movement & dial. AFAIK, there is no repfactory pvd see-thru caseback, so if that's what you want, you might try with people like Rolli or Ajoesmith and send them a 111h case&back for PVD'ing...

I just received a PVD 44mm case. I don't really know which model number it would be. One thing that bothers me though. When you open the CG, there is a portion of the CG lever that was not coated. Are all PVD'd cases like this?
