Boston GTG Thread - Attention all North East members!

Hi all,

I really want to put together a Boston GTG for all of the NorthEast rep-oholics! I am going to start the process of looking for a place that is pretty central to all of us so we can meet up and talk watches. GTGs are great for trading reps and seeing stuff that you have never seen before - not to mention great food, drinks, conversation, and oh yeah...drinks!!

I was hoping to put this together for the end of March. I am getting some give-away stuff priced out right now.

If you are interested in coming to a GTG up here in the Boston area, please post in this thread and tell me where you are coming from so that I can plan for a central location for all.

I work in Boston, live south of the city. I am down for where ever. I may have no watches to bring due to a few going up to canada to visit a friend, but they will be there in spirit...

I also work in Boston and live in Rhode Island. I would be in. Are you thinking some place around or near Faneuil Hall. [censored]'s Last Resort is a fun place!

I am close to RI, but only almost. D1cks last resort is fun, but faneuil hall might be too public... as I said, I am down with where ever, this really sounds like fun

I think Easter is on the 23rd this year so I was thinking of the the 27th. [censored]'s is a fun place but we would have those annoying waitresses hovering over us all night long... I am thinking of some places and I will run them by everyone before we make a choice.

It should be pretty fun. I was just at a Paneristi event in Boston last week and we had a great time. Our event should be a little more lively!!!

Seems like a bunch of us Nor-easter's up here.

DVN, you are in my old stomping grounds. I spent plenty of time in Andover when I was a little younger. We used to cause a ruckus over at Harrisons Roast Beef after a night of drinking at Merimack College.
