Hi,

After getting my first Omega SMP replica last week I ordered a 42mm Planet Ocean.

Well it arrived today and I have to say the only thing that is dissapointing is the bracelet

DIAL COLOR: Black Dial with ORANGE Numerals (Year 2006 Model)

CASE MATERIAL: Stainless Steel 316L

BRACELET: CURVED Stainless Steel 316L Double Deployant Bracelet

FRONT GLASS: Sapphire with AR

BACK GLASS: Solid Engraved Case Back

BEZEL: Uni-directional Bezel Anti-clockwise

HACK MOVEMENT: Yes

CLASP TYPE: Double Deployant Clasp

DATE INDICATOR: At 3:00 position

OTHER REMARKS:

Water Resistant

Helium Valve marked "HE" at 10:00 Position

Engraved Case back with "PLANET OCEAN" Markings

AR Coating on Sapphire Glass

CURVED SS Bracelet

SS Bracelet has "PLANET OCEAN" Markings

I have got original hands / dial / strap and crowns coming soon. Just need to find someone in the UK to install them for me.

Any suggestions ??

Cheers

The bracelets are normally fine. I must confess the bracelet on my 45mm UPO feels nicer to put on that my 42mm.

The best upgrade you can get for your PO - bar none - is to get the proper AR done by the guys that can do that here; they can even have the crystal taken out and installed for you. It makes a phenomenal difference.

Thanks for all the reply's. I did own a gen PO about a year ago and soli it, wish I hadn't

The problem with the rep bracelet is the clasp and end links just don't feel solid , if you know what I mean.

Diver clasp keeps popping out, although I have now fixed that, thanks for the forum post to do that

Hopefully should be a problem as I have now ordered a gen rubber strap from Ofrei along with gen Dial, hands and crown.

Once they have all been installed I will post before and after photo's.

Cheers
