And how is the new bezel any sign of fading ? I've just ordered a 42MM CrPO from Josh and was wondering if this was a first batch issue

Hi, I have had two PO 42mm in the past a v4 and v5 and have heavily modded them with gen parts I'm about to pull the trigger on a Crpo 42mm black ceramic with black dial and orange numbers. Hi, yes the endlink came with springbars. was very tight fit onto the first rep bracelet link, but it fits. The rep springbar fell right through the gen end link ! so you need to use gen springbars

Yes 5th gen. HE Vavle is flush to the case, and epoxied shut which makes it very waterproof Tested to 150 meters Just need to order up caseback and bracelet clasp and thats me done

Well took the plundge and bought one PO end link for my 42mm PO SS Bracelet. Only bought one as I was unsure if they would fit, good new yes they do fit. Looks like I will need to order another now. Next day from CousinsUK so no big deal. Some pics below. First picture gen on the left and rep on th right : Notice the numbers upside down on the rep. It also feels heavier as well. Next a quick picture of the gap on the rep bracelet : And finally a pic with the gen end link attatched. I must say what a difference it has made

Looks great, just one question , in the last picture the HE Valve looks unscrewed, does your gen HE Valve screw shut ? My HE Valve mod had to be sealed closed, but at least that makes it water proof. Also my clasp / mushroom broke off my strap , do you think its is a worthwile purchase for a gen clasp ? The end link gap bugs me on my strap the most though !!! Wear your PO with pride, very very nice.

Yes your right if I paid full price for all the parts it would be about the price of a used gen. I was fortunate to obtain most gen parts from sales on other rep sites. I have a gen 45mm PO but I prefer the smaller 42mm version on my wrist. Got the gen Crystal installed now , some updated pics below Lume after 10 sec direct sun light

Yes 45mm PO can be modded with Gen parts, Lots of posted on here,

Hi, My 5th Gen 42mm PO clasp just broke, so I would say yes still issues. The small clip (ball) that snaps shut the clasp snapped right off. Been offered a new strap from a dealer for $65 dollars. Going to buy a gen instead for my franken 42mmPO Cheers

The 5th gen tube is screwed in to the rep. the Rep tube is much bigger than the gen tube though so you will need to eproxy in

Agree with you db2, used aerospace grade epoxy to get mine to stay in place on my 42m 5th gen PO

Also, tube was a nightmare, had to use aerospace grade epoxy!

You dont need this : Bezel Spring, Omega 085ST0053 (X12749) as you have to use the rep bezel spring. Gen does not fit

You will need the gen crystal gasket as well, rep gasket in place and the crystal falls right through on the 5th gen 42mm PO. Cheers

Yes your right, close to seondhand gen price, but I bought some of the gen part from members on another rep site, much cheaper than Ofrei / CousinUK. Best bargain was the Swiss Movement £50
