I've wandered around eBay and came across this:

http://cgi.ebay.com/Panerai-Luminor-Marina...bayphotohosting

I'm feeling strange. The pic is inconsistent. The "L Swiss L" and "L Swiss Made L" in different pics.... and the pin and all.. look unlike the gen, IMHO

and the price....... s'one is trying to trick the bid??

.

..

... I'm not an expert, also new guy in here. Just spot this and want to know if it's real? Be aware, guys!!

gen, but i would not bother doing transaction with a member with such low feedback....

though second pic shows a recessed canon pin...

he maybe using gen movement pics.

you never know

Funny indeed, the lumeshot (gen), wristshot (gen) and the pic with the recessed cannon pinion have 'L Swiss Made L' while the others are 'L Swiss L" . So this guy seems to have at least 3 watches for sale, LOL.

I do hope nobody buys this crap, though.

maybe you get all three! this is funny and a good test of perception. When I started on the pam stuff, even a cheap rep looked the same as a gen. To the seller these all look the same....

I just caught this, but this is the same seller as this "questionable" item. Now, I'm really suspicious of this guy.

Other Ebay Sale

For this one it took him days to photograph the watch  . Look at all the different dates.....

Funny for us, but probably not for the potential buyer.....

I contacted the highest bidder of the Omega (the "winner"?) and related to him my concerns of his purchase to include the different dates on the pics as well as the issue with the clasp. He never got back to me. I would imagine it very embarassing if it was me caught like that. However, I also noticed that the "high bidder" on that auction has not bestowed a "feedback" on his seller. So, we shall see.
